La 24enne, difesa dall'avvocato trevigiano Fabio Pavone, in questi mesi è stata processata davanti a un collegio di tre giudici. Oltre alle contraddizioni emerse nelle deposizioni delle parti offese, tali da rendere plausibile la possibilità che i ragazzi abbiano voluto vantarsi con gli amici per i presunti incontri a “luci rosse”, ha pesato sulla decisione del Tribunale anche la perizia psichiatrica, che ha abbassato l'età reale dell'imputata.
Oltre ad assolvere la 24enne, i giudici hanno anche ribaltato la vicenda: gli atti dovranno infatti tornare al pubblico ministero affinchè si valuti se sia stata proprio l'educatrice a subire violenza sessuale da parte dei giovani studenti.D.M.
